JOB DETAILS             
Undertake monitoring and maintenance of building water services as part of the Legionella Control Program in accordance with ACoP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
Conduct monitoring inspections which will involve temperature testing of water outlets. TMV’s , inspection of cold water storage tanks and hot water storage vessels, water sample collection and showerhead disinfection
Be able to use a PDA and web based electronic log book system
You will report to the London Supervisor
Demonstrate previous experience in a similar role
Demonstrate working knowledge of the respective legislation and guidance materials ( ACoP L8, HSG 274 , Water Regulations)
