· Manage inbound/outbound calls for Employment, Education, Reference and Address verification.
· Maintain effective record keeping for all calls handled.
· Point of contact to all parties involved (school, company, references, LGUs) in obtaining verification information
· Guarantee daily, weekly and monthly goals are met
· Analyze accuracy and completion of verified information.
· Investigate and confirm reference credibility
· Provide daily summary report on the status of checks that are beyond TAT.
· Maintain an updated list of entities contact information
