JOB DETAILS             
This role has been created to aid the expansion of our existing technical sales team. Duties will include supporting internal and external sales team, supporting with the development of new business opportunities, and assisting with the management of technical accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

To consistently support, with the creation, winning and managing existing and new business opportunities, ensuring a high level of service through support, whilst meeting business requirements.
•Assist to develop new technical business opportunities by supporting external sales and targeting some existing customer pipeline and new prospective customers.
•Assist with building long-term relationships with clients through video calls, face-to face meetings and telephone communication.
•Managing technical support material and increasing sales by developing further technical support materials
•Achieving individual product, project and sales targets and managing customer accounts to the agreed level.
•Assisting with the Forecasting future sales and buying patterns for new accounts.
•Supporting Negotiations with customers to win business and improve profit margins.
•Research the marketplace and keep abreast of any new developments to identify new business opportunities
•Carry out presentations at sales meetings and trade exhibitions
•Help prepare, interpret, and review technical quotations
•Liaise with the Design, R &D, Operations team to communicate accurate lead times and production schedules to customers

Knowledge and Experience:
•Technical business experience with a proven track record of generating and assisting with closing high value deals
•Experience in selling into the Telecoms, Communications, Transportation sectors
•Experience with Technical sales of Enclosure products including thermal management, electrical/electronic integration and installation services and advantage
•Ability to negotiate with internal and external key decision makers
•Some sales and negotiation experience within the same or similar industry, previous experience in our industry/sector preferred.
•Strong presentation skills with proven experience presenting to internal and key decision makers
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
