JOB DETAILS             
Key Responsibilities / Deliverables:
•Manage project delivery throughout the project lifecycle, in accordance with the project delivery framework and governance process in a bi-modal delivery environment.
•Identify the appropriate delivery model and tailor the delivery framework (where appropriate) considering the scope, complexity and risk profile of the project.
•Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, as well as related project success/acceptance criteria that support business goals, in collaboration with sponsors and senior team members.
•Ensure the successful delivery into the business by designing and managing delivery of business change plans, including Communication and training plans
•Develop and track project plan, budgets, and resource forecasts, identifying activities, milestones and dependencies.
•Manage project risks, ensuring clear mitigation plans and ownership exist and reviewed and successfully mitigated, where possible
•Estimate the resources, skills and capabilities required to deliver the project.
•Agree release of suitable resources with relevant managers and lead the procurement of resources from the market / service providers where the required skills are not available

Skills / Attributes:
•Demonstrable experience of delivering successful implementations of a CSM Solution
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Experienced at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
•Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
•The ability to explain in a way that is persuasive and results in behaviour change.
•Expert user of MS Project and highly competent in MS Office products.
