JOB DETAILS             
We are campaigning charity that works with investors, policymakers and individuals to build a world where our financial system serves our planet and its people. Our fundraising has delivered significant growth for over the last two years, Our fundraising team supports our colleagues across the organisation to develop compelling bids and cases for support from across trusts, foundations and, increasingly, individual donors.
As Senior Fundraising Manager you will help to shape and deliver organization’s medium term fundraising strategy to support organisational objectives, line-managing a specialist major donor fundraiser and focusing on the development of this stream of income alongside our established and growing trusts and foundations portfolio.

What you’ll do :

•You will be leading on the design and delivery of organization’s major donor strategy and contribute to the wider fundraising strategy and annual business planning process.
•You’ll be working with finance and other colleagues across the organisation, deliver compelling well costed projects and identify and approach potential funders.
•Working with digital and stakeholder engagement colleagues with the directorate you will build a pipeline of potential mid-value and major donors and build out communications plans and touch points that encourage supporters to donate.
•You’ll be leading on ensuring a co-ordinated and collaborative approach to fundraising, capacity building among trustees, senior and other colleagues, keeping key people up to date on progress, challenges and next steps.
•Manage the Major Donor Fundraising Manager, overseeing them and supporting them to realise their potential in the role, supporting and setting realistic and measurable objectives.
•You will cultivate and maintain positive funding relationships through excellent donor management.
•Working closely with the Head of Fundraising you will, take a strategic approach to identifying and researching prospects and exploring new opportunities for raising income for new and existing programmes and projects.
•You will be monitoring the existing grants cycle to ensure that gaps are identified and managed in a timely manner.

Requirements:
•You will have experience of managing a successful major donor fundraising programme.
•You’ll have a proven track record of delivering high value, multi-year funding. through applications to UK and overseas trusts and foundations.
•You’ll need experience of building and managing a fundraising pipeline.
•You’ll need experience of business planning.
•You’ll need experience of managing and supporting specialist fundraisers.
•You’ll have High Net Worth (HNW) networking and event management experience.
