JOB DETAILS             
In this role, you would assist the head chef in maintaining health & safety, kitchen day to day admin, implementing and the procurement of new menus and dish ideas. Be an excellent team player and lead by example with the ability to motivate and work well under pressure in a busy service.

Key roles & responsibilities:
•Work well in a team and on your own initiative, assisting the Head Chef, in training and development, with good time management and working ethics
•Assist in maintaining all Health & Safety and food Safety practices, in line with company policy
•Assist in food purchasing and stock control and maintaining S.O.P's
•Ideally worked with a pizza oven, but not essential
•Help and assist in developing and implementing new menus and dishes, whilst maintaining high standards and quality of food offering and execution
•Help the team maintain kitchen expenditure and costs and wastage

•On-site parking
•5 days a week
•10 hour shift
•Day shift
