JOB DETAILS             
We  are looking for a shipping container estimator.
The role will require the candidate to inspect shipping containers on arrival for damages and produce estimates for repair in line with the industry approved guidelines.

Ideally the candidate will have had previous experience with shipping container estimates and repairs and will be required to take digital photographs of damages and use in house depot software to upload estimates.
•Experience in container depot or terminal environment
•Working knowledge of IICL/CSC preferred
•Good organizational skills
•Experience estimating damaged containers preferred
•Good team player
•Flexible attitude to an often-demanding and varied role
•Some of the tasks required by our estimators are:
•Complying with all company health and safety policies
•Inspecting all incoming containers reporting on status and grade
•Completing repair estimates for all containers arriving including photographic evidence of any damages
•Assistance with control of traffic flow within the depot
•Assistance in providing instructions to the container handler operators in loading/unloading delivery/collection vehicles.
