JOB DETAILS             
Accountable and responsible for the salon and staff, ensuring maximised sales and achieved targets.
Overseeing customer service standards whilst ensuring a motivated team and happy environment for all staff and customers.
Responsible for generating new business, through cold calling & client visits to new and existing businesses in the area.
Overseeing the recruitment of new staff, ensuring new members have a positive impact on the team
Conducting staff meetings and setting individual and team targets with, incentives to drive sales.
Managing staff training, development & product knowledge
Overseeing salon cleaning, visual merchandising, store security & stock control
Performing beauty treatments on clients
Managing all social media/photography and editing/instagram/facebook/google my business accounts
Managing Phorest booking platform
Updating and creating website and content
You will be knowledgeable on the industry, competitors, and clients in your local area and have the autonomy to put forward new and exciting ideas that will benefit the business and your store
Minimum of 2 years beauty manager experience
Minimum of NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy
Experience in managing a team of at least 5
