JOB DETAILS             
Role
The Quality Manager will direct outsourcing, purchasing and delivery of customer orders, and support the Operations Director in achieving his strategic objectives.
•Manage the day-to-day quality management, goods inspection and reporting.
•Direct supplier administration, quality inspections and project management.
•Implementing strategies to improve quality and reliability.
•Implement and maintain Quality and ERP systems, keeping them accurate and maintained.

Responsibilities
You'll oversee quality and coordinate all supplier activities:
•You will be responsible for planning, organisation, and control of quality.
•You will ensure that goods are produced, on time, in budget and to a high-quality standard.
•Ensuring inspection and quality control of goods inbound, and product delivered.
•Set and monitor performance of suppliers to ensure that they meet defined quality standards.
•Build & maintain relationship with suppliers: manage approved supplier lists.
•Implement and enforce quality control programs to meet company quality objectives.
•Manage customer concerns, product returns and perform failure analysis processes.
•Investigate quality and determine root causes of manufacturing defects or non-conformities.
•Oversee and manufacturing procedures to identify deviations from defined quality standards.
•Submit detailed RCA and FMEA reports to internal and external customers.
•Maintain the quality management system, standards, and procedures.
•Manage the internal ECN, NCR processes.
•Maintain documentation of changes, SOP, risk assessments, inspection criteria.
•Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines.
•Manage, perform, and support the internal and external audit process.
