JOB DETAILS             
Ensure effective communication with pulp process colleagues and other process areas as appropriate to ensure correct ratios of stock flows are maintained to achieve production and quality targets.
Within pre-set parameters, alter plant conditions when required to respond to quality control test results or changes in machine requirements.
Collect and analyse pulp process samples.
Monitor the effluent treatment processes to ensure effective management of the sites water and sludge treatment processes.
Ensure that an accurate record is kept of all running parameters, changes, defects, chemical settings, etc.
Investigate and report any performance gaps and where possible, seek to identify the root cause and take corrective action using site resources.
Communicate with supervision and colleagues in a proactive way with a view to preventing any incidents or occurrences that may affect production, whilst ensuring that all details and changes are logged and communicated during hand over discussions.
Ensure at all times a high standard of cleanliness / housekeeping throughout the plant including crew / control areas
