Your role will include:
• Building and maintaining relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Dealing with any maintenance and Repairs
. Ensuring regular Safety Checks are carried out
• Answering landlord/tenant enquiries by phone and email
• Arranging Inventories and Inspections
• Dealing with deposit returns and liaising with Governing Bodies to adjudicate deposit disputes
• Rent recovery
• Tenancy Agreement renewals
• The administration of the Property Portfolio

Key personal capabilities and skills required:
• Be reliable and willing to work hard
• Be professional and well-presented
• Have a good understanding of Microsoft Office
• Be confident and able to communicate to a high standard
• Have a good telephone manner
