JOB DETAILS
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to organize and oversee the manufacturing of goods. He/She will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output. We expect him/her to have deep knowledge in production procedures. Ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance will set him apart as a leader. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirement.
2. Estimate costs and prepare budget.
3. Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadline.
4. Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.).
5. Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
6. Enforce health and safety precaution.
7. Report to upper management.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as production director.
2. Deep knowledge of production management.
3. Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
4. Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
5. Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
6. Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
