JOB DETAILS             
Responsible for timely and accurate data input into the database
Carrying out depot stock checks
Creating rental contracts and quoting any logistics rates
Issuing on hire and off hire references and ensuring maintenance and repairs of assets
Keeping certification records up to date
Following end of month financial processes
Coordinating with depots to ensure containers and slings are in accordance to industry requirements and standards.
Creating work orders (PO’s) for services rendered to suppliers.
Coordinate with depots regarding the maintenance, repair and replacement of container and container accessories to a suitable level for offshore standards. Liaising with the client to recover costs of extensive damages if applicable
Arranging customs, shipping and transportation, including liaising with logistical partners for all our international freight requirements, arranging commercial documents and shipping instructions
Uploading inspection certificates to the portal and updating IT system accordingly
Assisting all other departments where operational knowledge and client advice is required and undertake any other reasonable management requests, which may from time to time be reasonably required
Undertake any prescribed training, either formal or on the job, as required by Cargostore
