JOB DETAILS
We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Administrator (Education & Training Sector) to join our operations team.
The job holder will be responsible for providing operations administrative support to, primarily the operations function of the business, but supporting all business functions as and when required.
Screening and enrolling learners for our Traineeship & Apprenticeship programmes
Receiving and dealing with queries from customers, as well as general administrative tasks such as data input, word processing, filing and photo-copying.
Engaging with our current and potential employers for Traineeship & Apprenticeship programmes
Data entry and submission, ensuring 100% accuracy.
Registering apprentices/trainees for their training courses and learning platforms.
Supporting our operations & training team in producing learning materials (e.g. powerpoints, videos, worksheets)
Providing IAG to our potential learners
Booking of exams, exam invigilation when required, and sending out exam results, sorting certificates.
Supporting colleagues with external inspections and audits.
Supporting the operations team to provide course information and complete all appropriate paperwork to apprentices/trainees.
To undertake additional projects and activities to meet the needs of college
