JOB DETAILS             
We are looking for the right candidate, with a ‘can do’ attitude to come on board and support all areas of the office administration. This role is critical to the project cycle, in supporting the wider team, with all aspects of administration.

Your key responsibilities and contribution will be:
•Answering telephone calls and emails
•Raising purchase orders
•Ensuring invoicing and purchase order filing is kept up to date
•Keeping internal purchasing systems up to date of fabrics purchased
•Keeping a record of deliveries both into the office and our workrooms
•Placing orders with our suppliers
•Sending out fabric samples to clients
•Preparing goods and materials for the installation team
•Compiling data upon request
•There will be a requirement to get ‘stuck in’ and move deliveries and boxes around our warehouse

What you will need for this role:
•Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills
•Accuracy and attention to detail - important as dealing with some data and figures
•Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise work
•Ability to multitask, be flexible and adaptable
•Maintain confidentiality of information
