JOB DETAILS             
Configures and test devices not limited to satellite modems, routers, switches, laptops, PC's and servers with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc).
Creates diagrams, whitepapers, and training materials to document networks and products.
Maintains the department's wiki which includes troubleshooting procedures, policies, knowledge base etc.
Troubleshoot a satellite link to find and fix problems.
Supports/Performs field installations of data and voice equipment including routers, modems, switches, computers or any other telecommunication/company related equipment.
May be required to cover shifts in the early morning or late night hours.
May be required to be available to travel at a moment's notice
Other responsibilities as may be assigned.
