We’re a small scale manufacturing team specialising in cellular communication cable assembly and testing. We require a creative and passionate technology professional, who’s always learning and teaching, to take control of our manufacturing operations, help increase our productivity and promote a culture that encourages innovation, collaboration and collective hard work.

Other Knowledge and Expertise Required
•Cad and 3D modelling (Fusion 360, Solidworks, Revit or similar)
•Lean manufacturing
•I.S.O, 6 Sigma/fault analysis
•Minimum 1 year supervisor/manager experience
•Mechanical engineering

Duties Include
•Production planning
•Product design, drawing and specifications
•On time fabrication
•Quality control
•Team building and training
•Machine and tool maintenance
•Materials planning
•Process and output improvements
