JOB DETAILS             
We are looking for a talented and driven Learning Designer to be responsible for our online training for our suite of four online training brands. You will be designing inspiring and engaging digital learning using a variety of authoring tools. You will lead the design and production of your projects and make key design decisions.

Responsibilities
•Design new high quality digital learning courses from concept to launch
•Redesign existing digital learning courses to make them more relevant and engaging
•Create modules using authoring tools
•Pilot new modules for feedback and improvements
•Process Improvement - Continuously improve learning experience across all modes of delivery
•Develop and plan work, managing projects and deliverables to agreed timescales
•Design various solutions for learning content to drive maximum engagement and embed learning with freedom to use initiative within defined frameworks
•Collect ongoing feedback learners
•Use the LMS to deploy digital learning solutions effectively
•Support the facilitation team in the design of webinars and face to face sessions
•Plan and execute the planning, shooting, and editing of video and images for incorporation into e-learning courses
•Produce and maintain key content documentation including content outlines, storyboards, asset lists, transcripts

Requirements
•Excellent verbal and copywriting skills
•Experience of stand alone digital learning design from start to finish
•Self-sufficient and able to manage own time
•A sound knowledge and application of established e-learning methodologies
•Experience of technical writing, curriculum development, course design and evaluation methods within a virtual/e-learning environment
