You will be developing tailored programmes that aim to enhance all areas of the business from senior management through to entry-level graduates. This is likely to include in person and E-Learning programmes that will be designed and delivered through your own experience and expert knowledge.
The importance of this role cannot be understated. This role will design the programmes that shape the way the business develops from the ground up and will play a huge part in the global development of the company. You will be required to travel at times.
CIPD qualified with experience delivering, designing and implementing L&D activities that are tailored to a wide-ranging population.
5+ years developing and leading training programmes.

Deep knowledge of content including the areas of management/leadership, organizational development, and adult learning theory
