Job Responsibilities:
You will have the opportunity to complete a level 2 food preparation course or an apprenticeship if you wish.
•To undertake all aspects of cleaning of equipment, walls, floors, fixtures and fittings and light equipment using cleaning products as instructed, and at a time according to the cleaning rota or as directed.
•To wash, sort and store all items of kitchen equipment, utensils and cooking implements.
•Basic food preparation tasks as requested by the kitchen management.
•Be aware of company COSHH, Health & Safety policy in your workplace and assist others to help to maintain a safe working environment.
