JOB DETAILS
What you'll do
•Create and manage a real estate database comprising economic, occupational, capital market and financial market information and data
•Developing quantitative modelling at submarket, city and national levels across sectors to provide projections and assess markets
•Support the production of content including specific market analysis, period publications and thought pieces
•Produce analytical outputs to support market assessments including publicly traded real estate and private real estate debt
•Support portfolio construction and strategy including asset allocation and risk modelling
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
•Graduate with a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree from a top university in maths, economics, engineering or another numerate subject
•Sound working knowledge of econometric, data science, investment and valuation methodologies
•Strong Excel, Visual Basic and PowerPoint skills
•1-2 years work experience in a commercial environment
•An interest in commercial real estate and familiarity with industry data
•Experience working with economic, financial market and ideally real estate market data
•Work experience in a real estate focussed advisory firm or investment manager
