JOB DETAILS             
1. Sales Management
•Report on the status of accounts and transactions
•Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
•Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
•Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales
2. Clients
•Building and maintaining good working relationships with distributors
•Get an accurate forecast from customers
•Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
•Conclude the contracts/agreement with distributors
3. Account
•Regularly Monitor the distributor’s AR amount versus credit limit
•Be sure to get all invoices paid related to the accounts in charge
4. Other Support manager's duty during his/her absence
•Other Misc. responsibilities may be added from time to time.
•Continuously improve through feedback

Essential knowledge, skills, qualifications
•More than 3 years of Sales experiences with Lubricant (Oil related products), petroleum, chemical materials is a must.
•Could consider more than 3 years of Distributor management sales with manufacturing products, or industrial products.
