JOB DETAILS             
Scope & Responsibility

• Document and streamline existing processes and workflows
• Collaborate with internal system administrators to enhance or develop system integrations; implement external integrations with third party vendors as needed to improve overall efficiency and accuracy of data exchanges
• Serves as the subject matter expert and super user for HCM platform and applies knowledge to maintain effective system utilization and accuracy
• Provide overall project management for all HRIS projects, implementations, designs and deployments
• Develop materials to effectively train end-users on how to use HR systems
• Develop, maintain and enhance user security to allow for improved employee self-service and manager self-service while maintaining sensitive HR data


Skills & Requirement

• Exceptional project management skills, time management skills, attention to detail and ability to multi task competing priorities
• Discretion in dealing with confidential information
• Ability to manage change through setting realistic expectations and effective communication skills
• Ability to break down complex concepts and clearly explain them to people at all levels Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint, Outlook
• Substantial knowledge of HRIS, specifically Workday
• Working knowledge of business technology integrated with HRIS
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills to evaluate current state, identify opportunities for improvement and develop a roadmap to drive change
