JOB DETAILS             
Planning and developing merchandising strategies to maximise company profits.
Constantly seeking opportunities to maximise both intake and profit margin against plan.
Analysing sale figures, customer reactions, and market trends in order to anticipate product needs.
Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices, quantities, and time frames.
Present weekly and monthly sales and product reports to the team.
Manage all purchase orders and repeats.
Managing the critical path to ensure smooth development of the sampling process, maintaining key delivery schedules and communicate directly with suppliers.
Monitoring return rates and taking necessary steps to reduce customer returns.
Monitor and minimize overstocking and under-stocking.
Provide phasing analysis, identify growth opportunities, create forecasts, and manage WSSI.
Monitoring and optimizing stock levels for maximum sales/profits.
Spotting growth opportunities and make product performance-based suggestions to grow the business.
Helping to source and develop fabrics, trims, and embellishments
Help with sourcing suppliers and factories
Contribute towards cost-saving solutions to achieve seasonal margin target whilst retaining creativity.
Reacting to sales information and design commercially relevant fashion forward ranges.
Help scale our Product Development Department
