JOB DETAILS             
Scope & Responsibility

• Monitor trading KPIs and web analytics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis working with the digital marketing team & B&M to optimise the product presentation for traffic driving activity
• Continually reviewing & monitoring the site, making sure the product is fully optimised across all channels
• Responsible for online product merchandising focusing on utilising insights to identify and action opportunities to drive sales conversion.
• With a focus on navigation and search to optimise the site based on trading activity and sales insights
• Working with the B&M, ecom & marketing teams to optimise the site for seasonal and trending activity
• Continually optimising site search to ensure visitors are presented with accurate and optimal results
• Based on product trading, helping to shape on site messaging & marketing activity


Skills & Requirement

• Experience with Salesforce
• Analytical mind
• Ability to work well across teams
