JOB DETAILS             
Scope & Responsibility

• Updating content via CMS to ensure accurate and on brand product representation
• Working with creative teams to ensure all product are shot promptly and to high standard
• Working with buying teams to optimise product content ensuring it is accurate and informative.
• Supporting digital marketing activity with site changes and product optimisation
• Monitor customer feedback to elevate both the product copy & imagery
• Support the customer service team to ensure customer contacts around product are resolved

Skills & Requirement

• 2 years’ experience in eCommerce team
• Previous use of Salesforce and Google Analytics
• Hands on and proactive attitude
