Provide expertise and guidance in navigating the social media landscape, delivering on our social media strategy in the UK and internationally, through the creating of engaging content and cohesive campaigns to our local audiences through regional and global channels to contribute to our overarching aims of brand awareness and audience expansion/development.
This role with work closely with each Department as well as our Marketing, Press and Client Development teams to establish a social media strategy around the auction calendar to both complement and enhance each sale.
•Focus on delivering creative social-first content to increase followers, reach and engagement across our core social channels for regional auctions, events and Private Sales.
•Identify efficient ways to build and/or curate still and video content for new regional channels like Little Red Book, TikTok and demonstrate an understanding of global media accounts like Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
•Mentor, encourage and guide the wider leadership team to develop new concepts that elevate the brand, are culturally relevant and deliver results.
•Establish and develop a narrative around the business impact of critical metrics for social media and communicate back monthly to the Directors.
•Identify cultural connections with the brand and outline ways of engaging in the social conversations, emphasising the impact of luxury in the wider cultural sphere.
•Maintain cross-functional alignment, clear communication, flawless integration and timely execution of assets with internal leadership.
•Amplify influencer and press opportunities in an effort to (re-)engage new and existing audiences.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to bring company-wide marketing campaigns to life.
•Continually explore new channels to use to grow our social media reach.
•Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and client touch points.
•Identify critical conversion points for clients and data drop off points and optimise user funnels, considering making business objectives.
•Use advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign and adjust future campaigns accordingly.
•Collaborate with other teams for the daily management, build and deployment of web content across all mediums.
