JOB DETAILS             
Scope and Responsiblity
•    Develops strategy, direction and tactics of sales and marketing efforts for the region.
•    Conducts market research to understand demographic, competitive and other marketplace data.
•    Identifies and assists in the development of new affiliate and satellite sites.
•    Responsible for the overall performance of conversion along the marketing funnel:  Inquiries, Inquiries to Scheduled Appointment, Scheduled Appointment to “Show” rate on New Patient Visits, New Patient Visit conversion to Treatment, Retention Treatment to Treatment.
•    Ensures efficient, customer-friendly patient inquiry, intake and follow-up procedures maintained through measurement of patient inquiries and conversion to patient visits. Provides supports to operations management team to help affect changes as required.
•    Assists in educating site staff and physicians to marketing opportunities.
•    Contributes to team effort by maintaining an excellent rapport and working relationship between clinical services and other departments within practice.
•    Works in concert with IntegraMed Home Office Marketing Team to implement all practice-appropriate marketing/sales programs.
Skills and Requirement
•  Knowledge of time and territory management skills.  Familiarity with local marketplace/community
•  Strong analytical capabilities with excellent proficiency on Word Press, Facebook, Excel, Powerpoint.
•  Ability to work independently and demonstrates good judgment
•  Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
•  Ability to remain calm under stress
•  Excellent interpersonal skills
