A Digital Learning Specialist to:
•Lead the design and development of e-learning courses and programmes using technology
•Collaborate with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to provide digital learning and development solutions
•Create, develop and implement processes and policies for e-learning requests
•Support the wider L&D team in the creation of a blended learning approach
•Experience of supporting an LMS implementation
•Review current e-learning programs and provide recommendations
•Focus on engagement and attraction to content
