Scope & Responsibility

• Writing clear and informative help documentation
• Providing product feature recommendations based on client feedback
• Liaising closely with our development team to resolve bugs/merchant issues
• Engaging with our merchants (primarily written communication) to answer their queries. In many cases you’ll be the merchants first/main point of communication at organization

Skills & Requirement

• An interest in technology and ecommerce is a huge bonus!
• An interest in technology or some knowledge/interest in ecommerce would be advantageous
• Self-driven learner, you’re someone who seeks out learning opportunities proactively
• Great level of written English
• Desire to make your mark in a fast growth startup
