The Client Operations Manager role is a critical hands-on operational role. This role is part of and central to our Client’s Team success and operational effectiveness, and requires someone who is well organised and can put structure and processes into a fast-paced environment with constant moving parts and evolving business needs.
What We Are Looking For
You will be running all things operations of our Client Team which includes CSM and Professional Services functions
You will be organising the Team's work and putting structure & processes using our project management software Clickup
You will be assigning work to all members of the Client Team and monitoring progress
You will be setting up KPIs, managing time tracking & logistics, and in charge of OKRs, SOPs and all documentation
You will be working cross-functionally with other teams and sub-teams, including Implementations, Product Data, etc.
Your Skills & Expertise
You have 3-5 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a fast-paced environment, preferably a B2B SaaS startup
You have a Bachelor's degree in an analytical field/statistics, etc.
You have used a project management software and you have prior experience in managing SOPs and documentations
You are analytical, tech minded and you enjoy administrative, repetitive and organisational tasks
