This role entails…
The Business Analyst (BA) role will work within the Workplace Technology workstream reporting to the Workplace Technology Project Manager (PM). This role will review survey information and meet with business contacts to define requirements relating to their team’s existing technology set up. Technology items to be investigated relate to:
•Meeting Room and AV;
•Printing;
•Local connectivity (DSL, networks);
•Specific telephony requirements;
•Shadow IT;

The Key role criteria is as follows:
•Survey review and analysis
•Arranging and performing interviews with nominated Business contacts.
•Assessing requirements and matching them to a number of predefined solutions.
•Act as a contact for Workplace Technology team relating to technology requirements.
•Act as the liaison between the technical teams and the Business contacts.
•Build equipment lists for orders with suppliers.
•Assist in scheduling activities.
•Support in the physical decommissioning of related technology items
