JOB DETAILS             
The primary focus of this role is supporting the Senior Brand Communications Manager in managing all direct-to-consumer communications, outside of the retailer environment.
Reporting into the Senior Brand Communications Manager, this role will collaborate across functions to ensure all content has the optimal product and consumer insight at the heart to deliver on objectives.
What you will do:

•Leverages strong understanding of consumer needs and behaviour, as well as wider market trends to develop relevant content across platforms and inform an innovative communications plan.
•Ownership of the social content strategy that goes direct from brand-to-consumer, overseeing the planning and execution delivered by the Assistant Brand Communications Manager. Is accountable for always-on organic content and paid campaigns; briefing and providing feedback to Assistant Brand Communications Manager and Graphic Designer. Oversees influencer strategy, including influencer recruitment and execution to closely align with brand personality.
•Ensures there is strong collaboration with the brand team and shopper team.
•Sets and strives to deliver against KPIs. Measures success and integrates learnings ensuring we deliver on our objectives.
•Manages the search strategy, including paid and SEO activities. Manages the website content strategy and liaises closely with the global website team in order to deliver on owned website KPIs, including review generation.
•Assists Senior Brand Communications in media strategy and asset delivery. Reviews media plans, briefs in and manages asset creation, ensures on time delivery of assets to media house. Ensures content created is platform first with consumer insight at the heart.
•Leads content generation for retailer differentiation plans. Attends meetings to optimise plans and build relationships e.g. GTMs, retailer social team meetings. Liaises with Sales Team to strengthen their plans through content opportunities.
•Leads the coordination of feedback for instore POS, liaising with Brand Managers and the Shopper Team to ensure instore communications are consistent with all other brand touchpoints.
•Accountable for ensuring efficient marketing spend on various activities. Keeps an accurate record in the marketing tracker of investment to date, and planned spend YTG. Manages Purchase Orders and Invoice Queries for activities. Challenges current ways of working, and explores potential new ways of working to optimise spend.
