JOB DETAILS             
We are looking for a dedicated branch manager who can be in charge of a particular location or branch office of a bank or other financial services company.He/She will be typically responsible  for all of the functions of that branch office, including hiring employees, overseeing the approval of loans and lines of credit (LOCs), marketing, building a rapport with the community to attract business, assisting with customer relations, and ensuring that the branch meets its goals and objectives in a timely manner. 

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for bank personnel.
2. Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
3. Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.
4. Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
5. Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
6. Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
7. Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration. 
8. Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly. 

Skills & Requirements:
1. Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practises.
2. Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.
3. Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Leadership and human resources management skills.
6. BS in Business Administration or related field.
