JOB DETAILS             
Identifying prospects – Identify potential new apprenticeship clients through various research methods
Business Development - Generate initial interest through cold calling, email campaigns, social media and other various business development methods
Networking – attend a range of networking events in order to identify and develop new prospects
Client engagement – Lead client meetings in order to identify their requirements and make an initial presentation, both virtual and face to face.
Business proposal – ensure that business proposals are produced within agreed timescales and in accordance with internal guidelines
Targets - Meet individual monthly Apprenticeship starts targets and support the business in meeting its wider goals
Conducting apprenticeship learner and manager briefings
Account Management - Regular service meetings to ensure the client is supported and additional sales opportunities are generated
Providing information to the Commercial Director on prospects in a timely fashion
Updating and managing prospects and customer records in the company CRM
