Responsibilities

  • Creative lead on all seasonal and ad hoc campaigns. This includes presenting ideas to the Head of Creative, Senior VM manager, Head of Marketing & Marketing Director
  • Design and art working of seasonal campaign assets: windows, digital look books, social, advertising campaigns
  • Oversee design of POS, franchise elements and marketing collateral
  • Design/oversee design of ad hoc projects such as packaging and labelling
  • Sign-off on all printed elements from the Creative Department, ensuring they are delivered on time - to the highest standard
  • Liaising with printers, photographers and suppliers
  • Work alongside the Creative Production Manager to produce window mock-ups and present to Head of Marketing and COO
  • Creation of artwork for - and maintenance of - the in-store digital POS system. Working closely with VM team to ensure artwork is correct
  • Digital asset creation including: digital in-store POS, social, gifs, moving image, geo filters, ebanners
  • Constant research of competitors - always looking to improve the brand
  • Oversee and delegate workflow between yourself and Junior Graphic Designer
Requirements
  • Degree in graphic design or similar.
  • Experience working in a design environment, in-house or agency within the fashion/beauty/lifestyle sector
  • Some managerial experience is a strong advantage
  • Excellent understanding of typography, imagery and graphical treatments
  • Strong art working skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe CS; InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Some knowledge of Premiere Pro/After Effects/Flash is an advantage
  • Digital knowledge also important
  • Creative flare, and ability to creatively lead projects is important
  • A good understanding of the fashion/beauty industry and a keen passion for fashion
