Responsibilities

  • Ensure individual and team targets and objectives are achieved or exceeded.
  • To manage and complete customer orders, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs)
  • To maintain a high degree of customer contact, managing all enquiries/communications.
  • To support the wider Staples selling team (incl Print Sales and Commercial Manager, Print Business Development Manager and Strategic Account Leader with all new sales opportunities)
  • To promote and achieve EasyPrint growth targets, from within existing Staples customers.
  • To effectively maintain a healthy commercial and operational stock profile.
  • The ability to plan ahead, and to efficiently manage administrative duties related to the role.
Requirements
  • Ability to manage and analyse data with numerical understanding.
  • Previous experience in a print or print-management environment.
  • Experience of managing a wide portfolio of print related products.
  • Successfully delivering targets consistently in a very competitive market place.
  • Operating in a highly competitive and dynamic environment.
  • A track record of continuous sales achievement.
