Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide all Retail Marketing clients with an outstanding level of service with focus on communication, accuracy, reliability and dependability
  • Obtain, share, and communicate all key project documentation seamlessly to the relevant internal and external parties in good order and in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all project documentation and correspondence is filed centrally for easy retrieval by all parties
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships, based on trust and reliability, with all relevant internal departments and with client contacts
  • Manage multiple ongoing projects, with over-lapping timelines, to a high quality standard, within budget

Key Competencies 
  • A background in project management
  • Previous experience of working with large volumes of work
  • The ability to confidently write briefs for structural, brief into artwork and manufacturing sites
  • Strong communication skills on all levels with clients and internal departments
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Adobe and PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised individual, a multi-tasker who is very process driven and able to prioritise workload
  • Production and POS knowledge would be beneficial
  • It would also be beneficial to have an understanding of the print process
