Responsibilities
- To understand the operations process and follow it through from beginning to end.
- To inform team leaders or management of any issues immediately whilst running a machine.
- To complete all training modules allocated through Citation.
- To look for continual improvements and bring them to management.
- To be accountable for all four pillars every day – safety, quality, reliability and cost.
- A strong level of verbal and written communication skill.
- Unquestionable personal integrity.
- To have a “can do” attitude and be proud of your work place.
- An eye for detail.
- Quick to learn new tasks
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Plastic injection moulding experience
- Knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety
- Able to problem solve or ask for help
