Responsibilities
  • Provided day to day support of the voice and data network, the video conference and cabling systems
  • Providing technical support to telephone and email requests
  • Implementation and support of Servers, Switches and Routers
  • Assist with IT systems including new installations and redeployment of systems
  • Provide a professional, courteous and rapid response to individual users
Experience and Skills required
  • Excellent understanding of technology and network systems
  • Managing network environments
  • Experience in building and implementing Servers
  • Knowledge of IP based distributed telephone systems
  • Background of solving problems in a complex ICT environment
