To support production within the cleanroom and injection moulding environments by conducting regular tool changes, using a variety of polymers and troubleshooting quality and productivity concerns as well as focusing on safety, quality standards such as FDA, 6s, costs and delivery.


  • Knowledge of injection moulding processes and materials
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a cleanroom environment
  • Job knowledge of injection moulding setting/processing
  • Knowledge of process optimisation techniques
  • Formal training in thermoplastic processing
  • Robotic and automation experience
  • Knowledge of SMED and lean manufacturing (desirable)
  • Able to operate an overhead crane
