Responsibilities

  • Become a trusted partner of ground operations team during the activation process
  • Drive our Self Operated Hotels set up and activation
  • Ensure that hotels meet  standards through audits and training
  • Ensure that  technology is deployed effectively in hotels
  • Develop a deep understanding of Hotel technology and different products
  • Train hotel owners and staff to operate hotel technology precisely and efficiently
  • Travel across the region

Requirements
  • Clear track record of success in hotel operations and customer service
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship builder
  • Initiative in creating solutions
  • Excellent planning and deadline skills
  • Background in hospitality is essential
  • Ability to travel throughout the UK often at short notice.
