Responsibilities

  • Assist the Quality control Supervisor /Manager to inspect all goods outbound dispatch as directed and in accordance with the TJC QC Manual. 
  • a. Isolate and report on any stock that does not comply with TJC quality standards.
  • Report all major QC failures to the Quality Control Manager, buying and the Operations Manager.
  • Assist the Show Picking Supervisor to pick and inspect all high value items from cage and cabinets.  
  • Assist the Dispatch to correctly pick items from cage and to ensure that they are correctly tagged and identified and that they are in an acceptable condition prior to shipping. 
  • Assist Dispatch to take random samples of outbound packed units to ensure that: 
  • Report any errors to the Quality Control manager or Operations Manager. Keeping record of the item sales which cost more the 900 GBP along with the image of item.
  • To Handle operations in any other related quality inspection process or related stock management process that may be required from time to time. Packaging of high value product should be maintained and follow the procedure.
Requirements
  • Jewellery Product Knowledge
  • Gems stone knowledge
  • Diamond knowledge
  • Proven experience in sales and inventory analysis, ideally within merchandising or stock management. You will also be commercial minded, creative, numerate and PC literate.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent in GCSE
  • Diploma of Higher Education
