Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for successfully opening the brands new store and recruiting a team
- You will be incremental in building structure around the client journey
- You will drive KPIs across the store ensuring a high level of luxury service is always maintained
- You will report into the Managing Director and work very closely with the Designer
- You will be responsible for coaching and developing the team to drive store productivity
Requirements
- You will have at least 5 years' experience in luxury ideally within ladies ready to wear
- You will experience managing a boutique
- You will have strong people management experience
- A strong understanding of fabrics and ready to wear is imperative
- You will have experience working with global luxury brands
- You will have previous experience in buying and visual merchandising
