Responsibilities

  • Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
  • Opening customer accounts, booking new deliveries by recording account information
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information
  • Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

Skills and Experience Required
  • Minimum 2 years in Customer Care
  • Excellent written and oral English
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Genuine passion for providing the highest level of customer service - previous experience with high end fashion / luxury businesses a plus
  • Good attention to detail and very organised
  • Ability to use multiple systems and multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently, as well as in a team - ability to ‘pick up and run’ with projects when necessary 
  • Self starter with entrepreneurial mentality
  • Positive and friendly attitude
  • Green-minded is a plus
  • Experience with customer software is a plus
