Responsibilities
- To be able to operate all mobile, static plant and weighbridge as directed by Site Management, to which they are certificated in safe and proper manner
- To be able to operate mobile and static plant in a safe and proper manner.
- To undertake general maintenance works as required by Hanson.
- To undertake other duties within their scope on the main processing plant in accordance with Site Management recommendations.
- To be able to operate mobile and static plant as required.
- To be able to operate the weighbridge with all the requirements of the IT system
- To adhere to the company health & safety policy.
- To adhere to the Quarry Regulations 1999.
- To adhere to Company Environmental Policy.
- to comply with all aspects of the Hanson Compliance Policy
- to ensure that all the business/operations are performed in accordance with instructions and procedures and in such a way so as to prevent any fraudulent activities taking place
- to comply with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and to observe the requirements of the Company Safety Policy and other relevant legislation
- to update all areas of knowledge as required to carry out the job with maximum effectiveness and to attend training/development courses as and when required
- to comply will all aspects of the HR Policies and Procedures of the Company
