- Keeping pace with the scientific and technical advances in the field of cement and cementious materials and ensuring their timely introduction to the organization in order to ensure its technological leadership
- Bringing in economic benefits in the organization's multifarious businesses through strong pursuit of R&D.
- Delivering value to the bottom line of the organization
- Continuously improving usage of AFR and increase the use of fly ash dosage in Cement Manufacturing/RMC
- Continuous Product Development to maintain organization's brand leadership and Identifying different areas for research to mitigate future challenges for cement and concrete industries for a long term to maintain Brand and Cost leadership
- Managing a right organizational structure, right resources management, synergy of all business verticals to effectively achieve the R&D objectives
- Continuous research of methodology and techniques to standardise, calibrate and assure quality for improving accuracy, speed, reproducibility and cascading implementation for units of organizations centers
- You are a Phd professional with 20+ years of experience with background of being a Civil/Chemical/Material Engineer with Building Materials specialization.
- You should have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- You should have commercial mindset along with good research experience in cement.
- You should be able to read, write and communicate in English language
