• Handles the GMS internal incoming post mail/return packages process in London
  • Supports with preparation of paperwork for legal cases in communication with state authorities, consumer agencies, and private entities in English, incl. acting as a liaison between GMS and EU legal
  • Coordinates the local manual refund process
  • Supports local GMS projects/initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
  • 6 months or more of social media experience
  • Ability to monitor social media channel activity and advocate the brand according to the TechStyle Fashion Group brand voice
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities at a fast pace within specified time frames
  • Energized, passionate and empowered by Member Service interactions
  • Superb decision making skills with ability to act expeditiously according to business needs and with a results driven sense of urgency
  • Superb English verbal and written skill set required; Microsoft Office proficient preferred
  • Ability to solve problems creatively
  • Independent in the management of the tasks and priorities
  • Patient, respectful and can work with diverse personalities and nationalities.
